Someone shared a piece with me titled “you know you live in a country run by idiots if…………..”
It sounded kind of familiar so I am wondering if this is our country?
Here is a list of the “IFS”
If smoking pot is legal but smoking tobacco is against the law.
If you can get arrested for having expired tags on your car but not for being in this country illegally.
If your government believes the best way to eradicate trillions of dollars of debt is to spend trillions more of our money.
If a seven year old boy can be thrown out of school for calling his teacher “cute” but hosting a sexual exploration or diversity class in grade school is perfectly acceptable.
If the supreme court can rule that lower courts cannot display the “ten commandments” in their courtroom while sitting in front of a display of the “ten commandments” in the supreme court.
If working class Americans pay for their own healthcare (and the healthcare of everyone else) while unmarried women have child after child on the states’dime while never being held responsible for thier own choices.
If hard work and success are rewarded with higher taxes and government intrusion while slothful lazy behavior is rewarded with debit cards WIC checks, Medicaid, and subsidized housing and free cell phones.
If politicians think that stripping away the amendments to the Consitution is really protecting the rights of the people.
If you need get a parents’/ signature for going on a field trip but not for having an abortion when you are underage.
Pretty harsh but also terribly true for US taxpayers who have worked hard all their lives only to be ruled by IDIOTS
who dwell in the Washington D.C. beltway.
