After Barack Obama made another attempt to control the Supreme Court justices…as well as both houses of Congress…in what is surely the most Imperial Presidency we have seen….is cutting back on his rhetoric of recent days probably because of the unfavorable blowback by members of even Federal appeals courts officials. The president started his attack on the Supreme Court when he made severe comments about a decision made prior to one of his State of the Union messages. (2010) The Justices have not come to such addresses since. I well remember Samuel Alito mouthing “that’s not true” but then Obama makes up his own version of “truth” in the form of serial lies and distortions of truth to suit himself.
